Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria, typically in 3–7 working days. Lagos and Warri are often faster. You'll get a tracking update on WhatsApp once your order ships.
Delivery fees
Free delivery in Lagos on orders over ₦50,000. Outside Lagos, a flat courier fee is calculated at checkout based on your state. Pay-on-delivery is available in selected areas.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
